A screen shot of the ongoing renovation GOOD MORNING❤️ To continue, I've told you in my previous blog that Pag ibig told us to submit additional requirements because upon checking, our lot didn't close, the boundaries.  Additional Requirements Required from us: 1. lot data computation 2. certified technical description   We can get these from DENR REGION 4A since we are from Rizal. The process is, get Lot Data Computation and Approved plan from DENR LOS BANOS. Bring them to DENR CALAMBA so you can request for a Certified Technical Description of the lot. So, March 4, 2024, we submitted our request for lot data computation and approved plan from DENR LOS BANOS. We were told, the line was long so our schedule to pick them up was March 19, 2024. We let one day passed, to make sure, the documents are available.  March 20, 2024, we came to get the Lot Data Computation and the approved plan. Investing is a very good preparation for the future! It should be started early. Once we have settled into a stable job or a good source of income, that could provide more than our needs. Then, it is a sound decision to shell some extra amount for investment purposes.

Kinds of Investment

There are some types of investments that we could consider. Some of these are stocks, bonds, mutual funds, real estate, jewelries, other valuable things and many others.

Real Estate Investment

However, for me, I consider real estate as a very good investment. My familiarity to it leads me to conclude that it is a very safe investment. The trend when it comes to real estate is always appraising upward. Unless there's an unusual happening that is beyond human means to avoid. Usually it is natural calamities that would trigger downward appraisal of real estate properties. Yet, once everything would be back to normal expect real estate to bounce back higher again.

Hi again! Good day to all of you.  Hope everyone is in the best of health and everything is fine❤️. This is the 4th part of the Extra Judicial Settlement of Estate that I am currently working on.  Today, I would share the details when I presented the documents to the BIR ONETT team for evaluation and tax computation. Word/point to know- Decedent - the one who passed away and giving on the pamana via the Extra Judicial Settlement of Estate. Estate Tax Amnesty is extended for another 2 years or up to June 14, 2023, per information from BIR. Current news also stated that Senate has approved Senate Bill No. 2208 which sought to amend RA No. 11213 or the Tax Amnesty Act by extending the application period to June 14, 2023. Good day to everyone! My wishes of good health and wellness to all. Today I would share the experience I had with regard to partitioning a titled lot. Two friends of mine decided to buy a 256 sqm corner lot in a subdivision. It was titled, real estate taxes were updated and the location was for them perfect. However, the intention was to subdivide the lot and for them to get separate titles in their name for each of the resulting lot. Anyway, corner lots are great to subdivide.
