A screen shot of the ongoing renovation GOOD MORNING❤️ To continue, I've told you in my previous blog that Pag ibig told us to submit additional requirements because upon checking, our lot didn't close, the boundaries.  Additional Requirements Required from us: 1. lot data computation 2. certified technical description   We can get these from DENR REGION 4A since we are from Rizal. The process is, get Lot Data Computation and Approved plan from DENR LOS BANOS. Bring them to DENR CALAMBA so you can request for a Certified Technical Description of the lot. So, March 4, 2024, we submitted our request for lot data computation and approved plan from DENR LOS BANOS. We were told, the line was long so our schedule to pick them up was March 19, 2024. We let one day passed, to make sure, the documents are available.  March 20, 2024, we came to get the Lot Data Computation and the approved plan. Aside from doing real estate activities and being someone who is very much appreciative of nature, I am also a fur mom to 7 fur kids.  

Unconditional love and loyalty

I grew up in a family where dogs were constant companions. These creatures are known for there unconditional love and loyalty to their owners. For these and the fact that they are created by God just like us humans, they, as well deserve respect, love and care from us. We are their caretakers. God has assigned this to us,  being the highest of His creations. 

Macey, the shitzu

We got Macey in 2016, July 14, at two months and 4 days. She came to us on my husband's birthday, but actually she was a long time request of our daughter. She promised everything just to be given the chance to have a pet dog. Having one is not that easy.  It requires a lot of responsibility, if you really want to be a responsible pet owner.

Support and companion

Macey was my husband's company during those times when my daughter and I were working on night shifts. He was battling an illness and Macey was a great blessing and support.



Dogs role in our lives can not really be discounted. They are great as service dogs acting as guides for blind and hearing impaired people. They are also best as therapy dogs and great emotional support.

No wonder they are man's best friends♥️🩷

As I said in my previous blog, I was working on a sale and partition of  residential apartments. When the eCARs were released from BIR, I proceeded to the next step, payment of transfer tax, then have them registered for change of ownership and partition,  at the Registry of Deeds. I submitted all documents required by Registry of Deeds, however, I forgot to tell the examiner that there was a discrepancy in the name on the title vs the owner's true/legal name. Hi again! Good day to all of you.  Hope everyone is in the best of health and everything is fine❤️. This is the 4th part of the Extra Judicial Settlement of Estate that I am currently working on.  Today, I would share the details when I presented the documents to the BIR ONETT team for evaluation and tax computation. Word/point to know- Decedent - the one who passed away and giving on the pamana via the Extra Judicial Settlement of Estate. Estate Tax Amnesty is extended for another 2 years or up to June 14, 2023, per information from BIR. Current news also stated that Senate has approved Senate Bill No. 2208 which sought to amend RA No. 11213 or the Tax Amnesty Act by extending the application period to June 14, 2023. Deed of Partition

Good day to everyone! My wishes of good health and wellness to all. Today I would share the experience I had with regard to partitioning a titled lot. Two friends of mine decided to buy a 256 sqm corner lot in a subdivision. It was titled, real estate taxes were updated and the location was for them perfect. However, the intention was to subdivide the lot and for them to get separate titles in their name for each of the resulting lot. Anyway, corner lots are great to subdivide.
