Seller sells and Buyer buys according to the terms and conditions they agreed upon‼️ This is the whole process NOTES: Buyer and Seller should provide government IDs A SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY is needed if one or the parties to the transaction are not available to sign the documents personally. *********************************************       THE PROCESS and... Private/Government agencies to work to: 1. Notary Public-  Preparation and notarization of the Deed of Sale, after both parties have signed. 2. Registry of Deeds-  Get certified copy of the title of the property subject of sale. 3. Assessors Office-   Get certified copy of tax declaration for the lot and the improvement, if any. Get certificate of no improvement if there's no building or any improvement on the lot. 4. Treasurer's Office- in the municipality or city where the land is located-  Get tax clearance for the land and improvement, if any. 5. Unconditional love and loyalty

I grew up in a family where dogs were constant companions. These creatures are known for there unconditional love and loyalty to their owners. For these and the fact that they are created by God just like us humans, they, as well deserve respect, love and care from us. We are their caretakers. God has assigned this to us,  being the highest of His creations. 

Macey, the shitzu

We got Macey in 2016, July 14, at two months and 4 days. She came to us on my husband's birthday, but actually she was a long time request of our daughter. She promised everything just to be given the chance to have a pet dog. Having one is not that easy.  It requires a lot of responsibility, if you really want to be a responsible pet owner.

Support and companion

Macey was my husband's company during those times when my daughter and I were working on night shifts. He was battling an illness and Macey was a great blessing and support.



Dogs role in our lives can not really be discounted. They are great as service dogs acting as guides for blind and hearing impaired people. They are also best as therapy dogs and great emotional support.

No wonder they are man's best friends♥️🩷
