A screen shot of the ongoing renovation GOOD MORNING❤️ To continue, I've told you in my previous blog that Pag ibig told us to submit additional requirements because upon checking, our lot didn't close, the boundaries.  Additional Requirements Required from us: 1. lot data computation 2. certified technical description   We can get these from DENR REGION 4A since we are from Rizal. The process is, get Lot Data Computation and Approved plan from DENR LOS BANOS. Bring them to DENR CALAMBA so you can request for a Certified Technical Description of the lot. So, March 4, 2024, we submitted our request for lot data computation and approved plan from DENR LOS BANOS. We were told, the line was long so our schedule to pick them up was March 19, 2024. We let one day passed, to make sure, the documents are available.  March 20, 2024, we came to get the Lot Data Computation and the approved plan. Bill on Estate Tax Amnesty Extension  lapsed into law


This is a very good news! The Estate Tax Amnesty Extension lapsed into law on August 05, 2023. Meaning, it is good as approved even if the President didn't sign its approval.

When an approved bill is submitted to Malacanang for approval, the President has 30 days to sign and approve it. Since the president did not sign for its approval nor rejected it, it became a law after the 30 days period.


Republic Act (RA) No. 11956

It is now under Republic Act (RA) No. 11956, Extending the period of availment of the Estate Tax Amnesty until June 14, 2025, for another two years.  Also,  it is extending coverage of deaths up to May 31, 2022. This means, the Estate Tax Amnesty shall cover the estate of decedents who died on or before May 31, 2022.


Finally, 

This is a great help on the financial side for those who have not yet done their settlement of estates. Penalties and surcharges will not be charged under the amnesty period.

This is a good time to process settlement of estates. GOODLUCK EVERYONE!!!

Hi again! Good day to all of you.  Hope everyone is in the best of health and everything is fine❤️. This is the 4th part of the Extra Judicial Settlement of Estate that I am currently working on.  Today, I would share the details when I presented the documents to the BIR ONETT team for evaluation and tax computation. Word/point to know- Decedent - the one who passed away and giving on the pamana via the Extra Judicial Settlement of Estate. Estate Tax Amnesty is extended for another 2 years or up to June 14, 2023, per information from BIR. Current news also stated that Senate has approved Senate Bill No. 2208 which sought to amend RA No. 11213 or the Tax Amnesty Act by extending the application period to June 14, 2023. Deed of Partition

Good day to everyone! My wishes of good health and wellness to all. Today I would share the experience I had with regard to partitioning a titled lot. Two friends of mine decided to buy a 256 sqm corner lot in a subdivision. It was titled, real estate taxes were updated and the location was for them perfect. However, the intention was to subdivide the lot and for them to get separate titles in their name for each of the resulting lot. Anyway, corner lots are great to subdivide.
