A screen shot of the ongoing renovation GOOD MORNING❤️ To continue, I've told you in my previous blog that Pag ibig told us to submit additional requirements because upon checking, our lot didn't close, the boundaries.  Additional Requirements Required from us: 1. lot data computation 2. certified technical description   We can get these from DENR REGION 4A since we are from Rizal. The process is, get Lot Data Computation and Approved plan from DENR LOS BANOS. Bring them to DENR CALAMBA so you can request for a Certified Technical Description of the lot. So, March 4, 2024, we submitted our request for lot data computation and approved plan from DENR LOS BANOS. We were told, the line was long so our schedule to pick them up was March 19, 2024. We let one day passed, to make sure, the documents are available.  March 20, 2024, we came to get the Lot Data Computation and the approved plan. VOLUNTARY TITLE STANDARDIZATION PROGRAM OF LAND REGISTRATION AUTHORITY (LRA)

What is Voluntary Title Standardization (VTS) Program?

This is LRA's project, computerizing titles they have on files. Per LRA, this project will make on-line information on titles current, complete and accurate, security and integrity of records is maintain and timely detection and identification of fake land titles.

For a detailed understanding of the program, I am providing the link from LRA's website:

https://lra.gov.ph/voluntary-title-standardization-vts-program/

I am also interested on converting our Owner's Transfer Certificate of Title to "eTitle" so I inquired and was able to secure a form to be filled up upon application. Click the link below, for your reference:

Petition for VTS form

Further, I asked how much will I pay for the eTitle conversion, and that it would be around P1,000.00 plus.

So, this form needs to be filled up, signed and notarized, then bring this to the Registry of Deeds, together with the Owner's Transfer Certificate of Title, because we need to surrender it to convert to eTitle. Don't forget to bring your ID and a photocopy of it.

Remember, this is not mandatory, you can go for eTitle conversion, but it's just fine to just maintain your manual title, the Owner's Transfer Certificate of Title which you are currently holding.

Finally, I hope I am able to share with you some useful information.

God Bless Everyone!🙏❤️
