A screen shot of the ongoing renovation GOOD MORNING❤️ To continue, I've told you in my previous blog that Pag ibig told us to submit additional requirements because upon checking, our lot didn't close, the boundaries.  Additional Requirements Required from us: 1. lot data computation 2. certified technical description   We can get these from DENR REGION 4A since we are from Rizal. The process is, get Lot Data Computation and Approved plan from DENR LOS BANOS. Bring them to DENR CALAMBA so you can request for a Certified Technical Description of the lot. So, March 4, 2024, we submitted our request for lot data computation and approved plan from DENR LOS BANOS. We were told, the line was long so our schedule to pick them up was March 19, 2024. We let one day passed, to make sure, the documents are available.  March 20, 2024, we came to get the Lot Data Computation and the approved plan. Paying Homage to the Saints and our dearly departed

A BLESSED ALL SAINTS DAY AND ALL SOULS DAY TO ALL!

Today is November 1, 2022, a Tuesday and it's All Saints Day, a day to remember the saints who had lived exemplary life while still here on earth. It is a teaching from our church to celebrate November 1 as a day to remember the saints and November 2 for the souls of people who have already departed.

It's important to celebrate these days as a great reminder that once we had these people with us and we shared everything in life with them. To remember them by offering prayers and doing good deeds by imitating the simplicity and goodness of a saint's life when still on earth. That would be a great way to honor them.

By celebrating All Souls Day, we are also reminded that everything on earth is passing, and Life is not an exemption. Our ancestors may have gone ahead, but it is one thing inevitable to everyone. However, it is our hope and prayer that we be given a much healthy and longer life so we will have the chance to do and accomplish the things we love to do not only for ourselves but for others. 

I pray for everyone to have a life well lived!

This is the 4th part of the Extra Judicial Settlement of Estate that I am currently working on.  Today, I would share the details when I presented the documents to the BIR ONETT team for evaluation and tax computation. Word/point to know- Decedent - the one who passed away and giving on the pamana via the Extra Judicial Settlement of Estate. Estate Tax Amnesty is extended for another 2 years or up to June 14, 2023, per information from BIR. Current news also stated that Senate has approved Senate Bill No. 2208 which sought to amend RA No. 11213 or the Tax Amnesty Act by extending the application period to June 14, 2023. Good day to everyone! My wishes of good health and wellness to all. Today I would share the experience I had with regard to partitioning a titled lot. Two friends of mine decided to buy a 256 sqm corner lot in a subdivision. It was titled, real estate taxes were updated and the location was for them perfect. However, the intention was to subdivide the lot and for them to get separate titles in their name for each of the resulting lot. Anyway, corner lots are great to subdivide.
