Easier Ways to Request Certified True Copy of Title

Happy day!πŸ’—

Sharing to you what I have read from LRA's (Land Registration Authority) website.

 LRA (Land Registration Authority) has launched "eSerbisyo Portal",  a new, easier and cheaper way of securing CTC (Certified True Copy of Title).

Ways to request Certified True Copy of Title (CTC):

1. Anywhere to Anywhere (A2A)

2. eSerbisyo Portal

Per LRA's announcement, the price is just the same for the "eSerbisyo Portal" with that of the  "Anywhere to Anywhere" or A2A service.

For the "Anywhere to Anywhere" A2A service, you will go to any computerized Register of Deeds Office near you  to request for a Certified True Copy of Title. That is regardless of where your real estate property is located in the Philippines. This will save you time and money because you won't need to travel far just to secure a Certified True Copy of your Title. The service is available through out the Philippines.

However, there is a much better option. Now it is much easier and cheaper to request a Certified True Copy of Title (CTC), that is through the newly launched "eSerbisyo Portal".

Per LRA's website, it is a new, easier and cheaper way of securing CTC. You just need to create an account on "LRA eSerbisyo Portal" which can be accessed through the LRA website:

LRA eSerbisyo

As you venture the link, you will be guided on how to create your account so that you can start using the system.

For easy reference though, here are the steps which I got from LRA's website:

  1. Click Register to create an account;
  2. Login by providing the username and password;
  3. Submit a Request for Certified True Copy and pay the corresponding fees for the processing of your request using your Landbank ATM/Debit card;
  4. Your CTC of Title will be delivered to your registered shipping address in the Philippines.

Per LRA, the price is just the same as "Anywhere to Anywhere" or "A2A". However, there is an added service as the Certified True Copy of Title that you requested from "eSerbisyo Portal" will be sent direct to your home or office without any extra charge. You don't need to go out from your home because application and submission of request are done online.

I hope this information would be useful to you and work would be a little easier.

God bless, stay safe and healthyπŸ™.

  1. This "better option" is for landbank account holders only. this could have been a great help if only lra provide more payment options for the public
