Magandang araw! 2023 Estate Tax Amnesty Today I would like to share with you some good news about the 2023 Estate Tax Amnesty which is about to expire on June 14, 2023. However, thanks God, the House of Representatives approved on third and final reading a bill extending the estate tax amnesty. It is under Republic Act (RA) No. 11213, extending two more years the estate tax amnesty, that would be up to year 2025. Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez is the principal author of House Bill (HB) No. 7909. This would give enough time for those concerned to avail of the amnesty and lower taxes.  This is a very positive thing, as Speaker Hernandez took into consideration the financial constraints brought about by the pandemic. This is already a second extension, the first one was when it was extended to June 14, 2023.
